Shipment processing time

All of our orders are processed within 2 working days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The following standard and expedited delivery estimates and rates.

All UK orders - Free Standard shipping on ALL orders (2 - 7 working days)
Expedited Shipping - £5 - delivery within the UK (1 - 4 working days)
Expedited shipping for orders above £125 - Free (1 - 4 working days)

Please note that our shipping timelines are estimates. We are not liable for compensation for delays beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed and tracking details once your order has been shipped.

International shipping policy

Customs, duties, and taxes

Damages

Aromatan UK Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please directly contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
